About Amanda
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who uses an integrative, person-centred approach to focus on your goals and explore what is important to you.
I have experience working with clients with extreme anger, anxiety, depression and stress. We will focus on new skills and practices that can help you feel peace and a sense of empowerment. I provide a safe, caring and non-judgmental space for you to share and process your emotions, thoughts and behaviours.
I am trained in a number of different clinical approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. We will decide together how to best meet your needs.
I am Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and can work with clients anywhere in Canada.

Individual psychotherapy in Centretown or Nepean. Settle in my peaceful office with a warm tea or coffee. I create a space for you to explore the areas where you are struggling, gain self understanding, build skills, and process emotions, all in the interest of moving you towards your therapy goals at your own pace.
